1月26日上午,电子信息学院“E路启航”学术论坛第二十九期在长安校区电子信息学院159会议室成功举行。此次论坛邀请到德国卡尔斯鲁厄大学张慧博士后做分享交流,学院师生共20余人参加了本次论坛。论坛由王佳副教授主持。
王佳副教授首先介绍了张慧博士的个人简历,随后张慧博士做了题为《高压CMOS像素传感器》的报告,首先介绍了CMOS集成电路设计流程,对设计环境、设计工具、生产制造、封装测试等进行了简要说明。以此作为引题,报告进入第二部分“高压CMOS像素传感器设计”。从CMOS工艺的刨面图对比介绍了高压CMOS像素传感器与普通CMOS传感器的区别,突出了其优点。在此基础上介绍了该类电路的主要应用领域。从电子元器件级到系统级设计进行了翔实生动的讲解。最后,张慧博士结合设计的多个芯片实例,对电路设计、版图设计、测试结果分析的整个芯片流程做了讲解。
在自由交流环节,参会师生就芯片设计的多个主要技术方面进行了热烈讨论,并结合参研项目遇见的具体设计问题进行了深入讨论和交流。
本论坛旨在以浓厚的学术氛围提升师生科研积极性和主动性,对于促进优质学术资源的更新共享、产出高质量科研成果具有积极影响。
【报告人简介】Dr. Hui Zhang works currently at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, as a post-doctor. She has nearly 10 years of research experience in semiconductor detecting circuits, high-voltage CMOS sensors and other fields. She received her M.S. degrees in Integrated Circuits Design from Southeast University in 2013, China. And as exchange student at TUM in 2011, Germany. From 2012 to 2016, she worked as engineering at TKI Automotive GmbH, Infineon AG, and Fraunhofer Institute. She finished her PhD studies in 2021 at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology by obtaining Doctor of Engineering Degree. Collaborating with Prof. Ivan Peric, a pioneer in the HVCMOS development, Hui’s focus has primarily been on the design and development of innovative integrated circuits tailored for scientific and medical applications. Hui Zhang has gained wide experience and overview of diverse technologies. Her expertise has translated into significant contributions to over 10 highly complex chip designs. She is also responsible for translating both analog and digital integrated circuit courses from German to English.
